Recommended policy inputs
Use current, approved policy documents where possible. Include document titles, dates, owners, and policy scope when available.

Supporting evidence
Supporting evidence may include standards, procedures, audit notes, screenshots, system exports, and control narratives.

Evidence quality
Clear evidence improves mapping quality. Avoid duplicate drafts, obsolete policies, incomplete exports, and documents with unclear ownership.

Security handling
Do not upload secrets, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive data. Use redacted examples when production evidence is not needed.
